Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Biscotti are baked with fresh ingredients without any added butter, oil or preservatives and will remain fresh for up to 6 months if kept wrapped and stored properly in a cool place.  We cannot accept returns of any food products. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@sirscottiebiscotti.com with any dissatisfaction and we will do what it takes to correct the issue.  

Please do not send your purchase back to Sir Scottie Biscotti.

Refunds

Once your refund request has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need a replacement for defective or damaged products, contact us at info@sirscottiebiscotti.com.
