This is a story of my grandmother from Scotland and my Noni from Italy and their shared love for baking cookies. I grew up underfoot in the kitchen with my Mom and Grandmothers’ baking biscotti, shortbread and many other delectable treats.

These cookie recipes were handed down from family to family over the years and we now have our 4 th generation baking these same biscotti and cookies.

Over the years we have altered the recipes to include wonderful local, wholesome and organic ingredients. We focus on being health conscious by baking our Biscotti with no added butter or oils while keeping the same incredible textures and flavors of the old world cookies that still present a tasty and healthy treat for any time of day.
